1Tusk is owned and operated by Avantech Consultancy Pte. Ltd. (“Avantech”), UEN 202300098C. Avantech’s Data Protection Officer is Mr Patmanaban Soman.

Depending on the features enabled by your organisation, 1Tusk may process your name and work profile, contact details, attendance and deployment records, patrol and checkpoint activity, location information, incident reports, photographs or videos, CCTV-related information, device information, technical logs and support communications.

We use or process this information to provide 1Tusk and its operational functions, authenticate users, manage workforce and attendance activities, verify patrols and checkpoints, manage incidents, provide alerts and reports, maintain audit trails, support customers, secure the platform and comply with applicable requirements.

If you use 1Tusk through your employer or another customer organisation, that organisation may determine why and how your operational data is collected through 1Tusk. For requests concerning such data, you may need to contact your organisation first.

Some functions may request access to device location, camera, photos/media or other permissions. These permissions are used only for relevant enabled features, such as site or patrol verification, incident reporting, evidence capture or operational monitoring. Refusing a permission may prevent the related function from working.

Personal data may be made available to authorised users of your organisation, Avantech personnel and service providers where needed to provide and secure 1Tusk, and to authorities where required or permitted by law. Avantech does not sell personal data and takes reasonable measures to protect personal data under its possession or control.

Data is retained only as long as reasonably required for relevant business, operational, contractual or legal purposes. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore, Avantech will take appropriate steps required under applicable law.

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to request access to or correction of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Some requests may need to be handled by your employer or customer organisation.
